US-69 Partnership

KTA will partner with KDOT on Kansas’ first express toll lanes as the U.S. 69 Expansion Project in Overland Park moves forward. KTA will manage the toll technology and collection process using its K-TAG and video payment systems to collect payments for use of the express toll lane. The project, scheduled to open in 2025, will help manage congestion on this busy highway. Learn more: www.69Express.org

Annual Survey

As a customer-driven organization, we want to hear from you. Your participation in our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey will help us prioritize what is most important to our customers. Your feedback has brought about electric vehicle charging stations, increased overhead bridge clearance, highway speed electronic lanes and is moving KTA toward cashless tolling in 2024. Take the survey today.

Construction Report

We’ve been busy with roadway improvements! Check the latest status of our roadway projects each month with our construction report.

License Plates

Not only will your license plate serve as a backup for your K-TAG account, but it helps with your regional travel as well in Oklahoma and Texas in case your valid K-TAG does not read. Add your license plate to your account at www.myktag.com/login.

PTBOF Video Contest

After a year hiatus, we’re back with our annual Put the Brakes on Fatalities video contest for Kansas teens! We want to see your students’ creativity shine in a video contest about safe driving. The full rules and details can be found on our contest page.
