Summer Safety Assist

The State Farm Safety Assist summer program will be up and running once more beginning Memorial Day weekend. This roadside assistance program is available year-round from Topeka to Kansas City, and during the summer months, you can receive assistance from Wichita to the Oklahoma border. While we hope your travels are smooth, simply call *KTA (*582) if you need roadside assistance.

To help keep your travel smooth, remember these few summer travel tips:

  • Keep an emergency kit in your vehicle with water, food, flashlights, batteries and more.
  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance to prevent any roadside issues.
  • Check out www.kandrive.org for active roadway conditions and closures.

Click it or Ticket

More law enforcement will be on the roads through May 31st as part of the national Click It or Ticket campaign to remind travelers to buckle up. A seatbelt only takes two seconds to put on and reduces your chances of serious injury or worse in a crash by over 50%. Buckle up every time.
