KTA has been working with providers at each of the six Service Areas along the Turnpike regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. While they remain open to help facilitate the movement of goods and services, they have closed their dining rooms. Customers can still walk-in for food pickup or use the drive-thru. Also, Kansas Wildlife, Parks & Tourism office has closed its Travel Information Center located in the Belle Plaine service area.

Starting March 18, 2020, the two K-TAG retail centers (Wichita and Lawrence) will close to the public until further notice in order to better serve our customers who are choosing to receive K-TAG customer service electronically, rather than in person. Due to anticipated longer hold-times when calling the Service Center, customers are encouraged to use online services when possible. K-TAG accounts can be updated and managed online at www.myktag.com/login. Violation payments can be made online at www.ksturnpike.com/violations. K-TAG Customer Service can also be reached by email at email@example.com.

Like many of you, KTA is closely monitoring the COVID-19 global pandemic. We invite you to join us in following state (KDHE) and national (CDC) health guidelines. If you are looking to minimize social interaction during this time, we recommend using a K-TAG or compatible transponder for travel on the Kansas Turnpike and managing K-TAG accounts online or via the myKTAG mobile app.
